| This
cannot be right !... SCUM discharging into MacRitchie Reservoir from
an adjacent pond in the Singapore Island Country Club (SICC, Lornie
Road). This is my third time witnessing it over at the western end of the Lornie Trail's boardwalk in as many months that I can remember. Therefore, it cannot be an isolated case of pollution. The recurring nature of the discharge should be a concern for * PUB. The pollutant looked awfully viscous and vile.
