Lepionurus sylvestris  
It is the downward pointing 'tail' of inflorescence, packed with scaly green bracts,
that gave this inconspicuous forest scrub its name (Greek, lepion -- scurf, oura -- a tail).
After anthesis, the whole inflorescence turns magically skyward in a show of fruits.
