Carica papaya
Papaya trees are variously unisexual and dioecious or hermaphrodite (or unisexual) and monoecious. Male trees may or may not produce metre-long inflorescence. And to confuse the matter of sex further, trees are found to produce papaya-berries at the end of impressive metre-long infrutescence too. Photo below shows female flower with developing ovary.
