A Grass Metaphor

In an obscured grass verge obviously overlooked by the systematically-efficient grasscutters, the Cow Grass blossomed in her full splendor. This is a rare sight indeed in Singapore, and perhaps, provide a metaphor depicting how the flowering of creativity and entrepuneurship can all too often be nipped in the buds by over-regulated rules of the day.
